Refund & Returns

At Four Decor Co., all products are handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. We
do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or has a quality issue (such as
colour fading or manufacturing defects), we’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement.
To be eligible, please share photos or a video of the issue within 24 hours of delivery and
request the exchange within 7 days. The item must be unused and returned in its original
packaging, along with the invoice and shipping label.
